ARMA CFO Roundtable - KPI Metrics

Join us for ARMA's next CFO Roundtable virtual session on Thursday, October 8th at 2pm-3:30pm. We will be discussing KPI Metrics and benchmarking. This group is open to manufacturing CFO/Controllers only. It aims to provide the opportunity to exchange ideas and discuss current issues you are facing in your workforce. If you are a manufacturer interested in joining this session, please contact Liz Gori at for access details.

Workforce Committee

Attracting and maintaining talent is the number one challenge most manufacturers face. This committee focuses efforts to address the issues by promoting industry careers to youth, establishing internships at all skill levels, working with K-12 and institutions like ACC, TSTC, and Skillpoint Alliance to create more manufacturing related programs, and exploring a regional certification as a means to drive front line talent. The Workforce committee is perfect for C-Level/ owners, operations directors or managers, and HR managers. During this session we will be discussing workforce training programs, labor market updates, promoting mfg to youth, and a new compensation survey. If you are a manufacturer interested in joining, please contact Liz Gori at for access details. Meeting will take place on Wednesday, October 14th from 2:00pm to 3:30pm.

MFG Day 2020 - Tesla Session (for students and teachers)

As manufacturers seek to fill 4.6 million high-skill, high-tech and high-paying jobs over the next decade, MFG Day empowers manufacturers to come together to address their collective challenges so they can help their communities and future generations thrive. As an extended part of MFG Day, ARMA is hosting a separate session with TESLA for all local students on October 23rd from 10am to 11:30am. TESLA made national news when they selected Austin as home for the Gigafactory. Join this session to get a virtual tour of their California facility and learn about their plans for Central Texas, including what it might be like to work for the most exciting car maker in the world. If you are a student or teacher interested in joining this session, please contact Liz Gori at for access details.
