The ARMA Golf Tournament is officially on and confirmed for October 1st! While it will look different than previous years, we are optimistic that it will still be a fun and safe event for all.

A few changes you will see this year:

• No large group dinner or lunch gathering
• Individual tee times spread throughout the day, no shotgun start
• No sponsor-served beverages at hospitality tents (Avery Ranch drink carts will still be available on the course)
• Limited number of non-players allowed on the course
• No volunteers at registration (ARMA staff only)
• Virtual Raffle Only
• Virtual Award Ceremony
• Sanitation stations on the course

Team packages include:

• Food for all four players (grab and go options)
• 4 ARMA t-shirts
• 4 Player goodie bags
• 2 Drink tickets per player
• 4 Raffle tickets (more can be purchased at registration)
• 1 Mulligan ticket (more can be purchased at registration)

Players can expect to:

• Arrive no more than 45 minutes early to check-in at registration and grab your food, player packets, and goodie bag
• Have the option to purchase raffle tickets online before the event: buy them here!
• Practice social distancing
• Wear a mask if you enter the clubhouse
• Have fun!

Tee times will start at 8:06am and end at 2:15pm. All currently registered players should have received an email from Liz Gori on instructions for selecting your tee time. Please contact liz@arma-tx.org if you need this information resent.

We will have a virtual ceremony after the event to announce all tournament and raffle winners. Awards and prizes will then be delivered by ARMA.
