Reimagining Health Care: Austin Leadership Forum to Address How Employers and Physicians Can Collaborate to Lower Costs and Improve Care Health Rosetta Institute founder Dave Chase to keynote, among other speakers
WHAT: The Austin Regional Manufacturers Association (ARMA) and the Texas Academy of Family Physicians (TAFP) announced they are joining forces to host a community leadership forum to reimagine health care and discuss how employers and physicians can work together to improve the quality of care while lowering costs. The forum will bring together a host of influential Austin employers interested in exploring innovative ideas for offering better, more effective and more efficient health care options to their employees.
Dave Chase, nationally-renowned speaker and founder of the Health Rosetta Institute, will keynote the forum to discuss how health care stole the American dream, and what employers and physicians around the country are doing to take it back. Other speakers to be announced. Limited quantity of tickets on sale in mid-February.

About Dave Chase: Dave Chase is the co-founder of the non-profit, Health Rosetta Institute, described as the LEED-like organization that provides a blueprint for smart health care purchasing. He recently gave a TEDx Talk entitled “Health Care Stole the American Dream – Here’s How We Take it Back,” and he is the Executive Producer of the upcoming movie “The Big Heist,” which he describes as “The Big Short” for health care. Chase previously founded Microsoft’s health platform business that now generates more than $2B annually. His last startup was acquired by WebMD.
