ARMA has been working closely with our partners at Workforce Solutions, ACC, and Skillpoint Alliance to recruit and train potential workers for your business. Join us on December 15 at 2pm to learn how you can employ people from this program. Graduates will have earned a CPT (Certified Production Technician) which includes basic knowledge in safety, quality, process, and maintenance. They want to work in manufacturing. There are no obligations. And there are potential federal and state dollars that might provide assistance with wages as new hires onboard.

Manufacturers continue to rank attracting front line talent as a top challenge and they anticipate this challenge becoming critical in 2021. This initiative aims to address this by creating a new stream of entry level workers. A pilot program that included Applied Materials, Samsung, NXP, and Infineon has been successful in meeting employer needs. We look forward to the meeting.
