This unique program provides companies the opportunity to target frontline supervisors and team leaders at manufacturing facilities with a comprehensive overview of supervisory principles. The course teaches students the interpersonal strategies to become a productive and respected supervisor.
We meet once a week for 5 weeks so there is an opportunity to return to the work environment in between sessions and come back to class to discuss questions. It also allows for a full 40 hours of learning with less stress resulting from falling behind by an entire week at once.

The following topics are covered over the course of the 5 sessions:

Safety — Covers how to conduct a Job Hazard Analysis and how to properly investigate accidents to prevent additional occurrences.

Job Instruction — Learn how to quickly train employees to do a job correctly, safely, and conscientiously. Learn how to effectively breakdown a job and deliver instruction for individual tasks. The objective is to help supervisors develop a well-trained workforce. (Taught by Certified TWI Instructors)
