Special Workshop | Improving Company Culture
Attention ARMA Members: Join us on April 26th for breakfast and workshop on Company Culture. Only 1/3 of employees are engaged at work, according to Gallup’s most recent report. At the other end, 16% of employees are actively disengaged — they are miserable and destroy what the most engaged employees build. The remaining 51% of employees are not engaged — they’re just there. Leadership is the #1 driver of engagement, yet most leaders lack a clear understanding of how to really inspire, engage and drive results.
The #1 driver of employee engagement is their relationships at work, and the #1 cause of breakdowns in workplace relationships is a lack of trust. Do you really understand how to improve working relationships on your teams, and organization-wide? How culture contributes to or erodes these relationships? Do you understand the dynamics of trust, and how it’s eroded and built? At this workshop, guest Meg Poag will help ARMA members assess their own trustworthiness, understand the fundamental dynamics at play in employee engagement, and leave with a concrete vision for next steps they can take to improve their relationships with their teams to achieve even better results and improved morale.
Workshop Objectives:
- Understand the key elements of organizational culture, and how it impacts your company’s performance.
- Identify your biggest opportunities/ issues to address to improve your culture and employee engagement,
- Learn how to assess and address the root cause of culture and engagement problems: Trust
