Attracting and maintaining talent is the number one challenge most manufacturers face. This committee focuses efforts to address the issues by promoting industry careers to youth, establishing internships at all skill levels, working with K-12 and institutions like ACC, TSTC, and Skillpoint Alliance to create more manufacturing related programs, and exploring a regional certification as a means to drive front line talent. The Workforce committee is perfect for C-Level/ owners, operations directors or managers, and HR managers. During this session we will be discussing workforce training programs, labor market updates, promoting mfg to youth, and a new compensation survey.
