2. What is one item you cannot live without?
Hands down, my family.
3. What is the most important skill you have developed in your career?
Communication, communication, communication. It also helps at home with my wife and our 8yr old triplets.
4. If you had to eat one meal every day for the rest of your life, what would it be?
My mother’s carne guisada, Spanish rice, bacon refried beans, and homemade flour tortillas. Love ya, mom!
5. What's your favorite thing about working in a factory?
Working with great people who are equally passionate, achieve a common goal!
6. What would you do for a career if you weren’t doing this?
Own/operate several food trucks, restaurants, or both. As in manufacturing, keeping your promise to the customer and delivering what is expected at the highest level is invaluable and something I take joy in.
