1. What is one item you cannot live without?

My puppy Bella!

2. Who would you choose to switch places with for a day?

Kate Winslet – I would love to know what her life is like. She is so regal, influential and admired by so many all while being an amazing Mother and Wife. She is also very charitable and supports so many pivotal foundations.

3. What is the most important skill you have developed in your career?

Communication Skills. More specifically I have developed as an influential and trusted Business Partner that is able to advise employees of all levels and drive strategic planning initiatives.

4. If you had to eat one meal every day for the rest of your life, what would it be?

This is tough, but I think it would be a turkey sandwich with plenty of leafy greens and whole grain bread with a side of peanuts and water.

5. What's your favorite thing about working in a factory?

My favorite aspect is being on the shop floor with employees and helping them with all of the challenges life has been throwing our way these days. Mental Health is such a huge issue. I like being there to listen when they just need someone to talk to.
