1. What is one item you cannot live without?
Cell phone. It keeps you connected to family, work, and the world; both a blessing and curse.

Blaze of Glory by Bon Jovi, Free by Zac Brown Band, and The Dance by Garth Brooks
3. If you were at a cafeteria and had to arm yourself for a food fight, what would you put on your tray?
Fish sticks. There are always plenty because no one likes them.
4. What is the most complex product you've seen manufactured?
Gas distribution systems. The precision of flow and the impact of particles to process is dynamic. Even the continuous improvement in gas distribution test fixturing is complex; how to ensure all defects are accounted for and no escapes to the customer base.
5. Where is your favorite work related travel destination?
Singapore. I love the Singaporean people, diversity, the food and the beauty of the island.
6. What is the most important skill you have developed in your career?
Listening. There is so much you can learn and so many mistakes that can be bypassed if you stop and listen to the employees, management and customer.
