1. What is one item you cannot live without?
Chapstick!
2. Who would you choose to switch places with for a day?
My grandmother. So I can finally get all of the recipes she keeps “forgetting” to write down.
3. What is the most important skill you have developed in your career?
In HR you get the pleasure of working with a lot of different people, and their personalities :) Being able to switch gears and cater to each one is more work than most realize.
4. If you had to eat one meal every day for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Without gaining weight? Chicken Fried Steak with mashed potatoes and gravy.
5. What's your favorite thing about working in a factory?
Seeing the end product and learning how it was done.
