Take the risk. How do you apply that to your career? Ask for the training, ask to learn a new skill, ask for that raise, apply for that job, tread into waters you’ve never been before. TCS is truly about giving back to its employees and our community. I’m so proud of that. It’s easy to brag about a company when it puts such an effort into supporting great community causes, educating students, training the next generation of workforce, and showing appreciation to their employees. I’m lucky to be involved in this process and get to experience the joy that comes from it. Whether I’m organizing employee appreciation events or working with local students, it fills my cup to see a company stand by its values.

This question is impossible, tomorrow this answer will be totally different…appetizer: butter crab claws, meal: filet mignon with salad and roasted Brussels sprouts, dessert: strawberries and whipped cream.

I don’t know that I want to trade places with anyone, but I dream of spending a day with Diane Hendricks, the self-made billionaire and co-founder of ABC Supply.

That’s tough. Being a first-generation college graduate was a big one for me. I have worked since I was 14; my parents are hard workers and were determined to teach me a good work ethic. So, I worked a full-time job, a part-time job, and went to school full-time! However, finding out I was pregnant takes the cake. There is no better feeling than God telling you that you get to become a mom. I don’t think I’ll ever have a greater accomplishment.
