My major goal for the end of 2022 is to have operations transferred to our new shop. We are currently working through the build out of the new facility along with adding a large high speed bridge mill. We recently added some really talented people to our team, so I have high hopes that everything will be moved over and optimized before the end of the year.

James Dyson. He is a designer, inventor, and businessperson who has shown what can be accomplished with persistence and determination.

More than anything I love trail running, so anywhere with mountains and trails will do just fine.

Normally my evening starts with a run pushing my son in the stroller, some time in our yard, and a family dinner. I typically end the evening reading. I have been enjoying Let my People Surf recently.

Aside from what I can’t talk about, In 4th grade, I restored a go-kart by myself complete with a custom plasma cut and welded skull and crossbones steering wheel. Since then, I have been chasing that sense of pride and accomplishment I found in the process of creating something tangible.

This month I learned that great employees can be found in unusual places, and that you never know where connections will lead you.
