Advocacy

We inform legislators, city officials, utilities, and the public about manufacturing’s vital role in regional job growth, technological progress, and economic well-being. We fight to keep energy rates low and permitting simple.

Our Mission

Workforce Development

We address skill gaps in the industrial workforce by working with Austin Community College, Texas State Technical College, and many other providers. ARMA also host workshops and seminars to expand the members technical expertise- like supervisor development, quality, or lean enterprise. We have a particular focus on small and medium size companies and offer peer groups that regularly meet to share best practices and insight.
