The ARMA Leadership Training is for high performing managers to develop new skills, perspective, and relationships that will improve their impact as leaders. The nine-session course is designed as an in-depth study of leadership as well as an overview of key business functions in a manufacturing facility. The goals are to increase knowledge, fluency, and range of performance. It is perfect for those ready to take the next step, looking to build meaningful relationships with peers, desiring a challenge, and seeking ideas and people that will remain with you for a lifetime.
Incorporated into each day will be presentations from some of the region’s top leaders and tours of different facilities that will provide access and insights unlike any other training. It will leverage the people and company resources within ARMA's 265 members to deliver unparalleled value.
Please note the start date for this class has been pushed to early 2020. All other session dates over the 7-month period will be pushed as well.
