Key Challenges in Manufacturing through the Lean Lense
The ARMA Operations Committee, Chaired by Erica Pocs (Wilder Systems), has organized a special presentation on April 19 titled Key Manufacturing Challenges Seen through the Lean Lens. Jim Little with IBM’s consulting group will be presenting. Topics include workforce, supply chain, and cash flow. We will discuss how to manage some of these issues utilizing lean thinking and tools. It will be held from 11:30 to 1pm. This presentation is restricted to manufacturers and ARMA sponsors only.
