Over two days, the workshop will cover leader standard work, the term that has emerged to describe these and other behaviors that support the deployment of lean. Participants will practice these well-established behavioral norms with realistic case studies. The workshop will use case studies and practical observation of sound leadership practices on BuildASign’s factory floor, plus expose the basics of policy deployment, the vehicle for establishing goals at all levels.
