Fundamentals of Problem Solving

Tired of trying to solve the same problems over and over again? This one day event covers the basics of problem solving using Six Sigma tools and the DMAIC methodology. It is a hands-on course taught utilizing catapults and other simulation tools to demonstrate the class concepts. Attendees will leave better prepared to tackle any problems.

This unique program provides companies the opportunity to provide their employees with an overview and a strong foundation in the Lean concepts and tools that are used to drive continuous improvement and achieve world-class business performance. The course is held one day a week for 5 consecutive weeks so that participants can “learn and return” and come back the next week to discuss what they found and questions that came up.
