1. What motivates you to work hard?
I am a team player who enjoys being on a winning team. The people I work with and the constant growth we all focus on drives me to be better and work hard. Knowing that I can have a part in making something better fuels me.
2. What is your proudest accomplishment?
I’m proud to be a woman in manufacturing and a leader in a growing company. I am proud to be a working mother setting an example for my daughter of a woman that works hard and loves fully.
3. What is your favorite movie?
Pearl Harbor - the history, the action, the romance, and the nostalgic feeling it brings when watching it.
4. Who wins in a battle between Iron Man and Batman?
Iron Man - he’s better at making friends and friends are critical to success.
5. How long have you been a member of ARMA?
A little over two years.
6. If you could give your company a gift, what would it be?
We’ve always joked about a time machine, so that seems fitting.
